Weeley Manor is a newly refurbished independent living development for people over the age of 55. Weeley Manor consists of 27 private flats all with their own en-suites and kitchenette with the additional use of the communal areas within the building.

Rent includes bills (water, electric, gas, sewerage, service charge) apart from council tax. Prices are subject to change dependant on changing cost of utilities.

Weeley Manor is located in Weeley, a quiet village community and is served with good public transport. It is centrally located and within reach of the main local amenities – Post Office, general store/newsagents, bakery, pubs, cafe, church, train station and bus routes services.
