William H Brown has been appointed as selling agent for new development, Styleman Court, in Hunstanton, Norfolk. Built by Lovell Homes in partnership with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Styleman Court will comprise 32 apartments, with completion expected early 2024.
Styleman Court aims to set a new standard of quality for development in the town, using local traditional materials and design details in new and interesting ways that compliment and build upon the town’s long standing architectural brilliance. The site is set to produce a host of new housing choices including open market, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent, with some properties benefiting from sea views and direct access to facilities on the seafront.
