William H Brown set to launch Mundesley Beck

28 June 2017

Launch event on Saturday 8th July, 10am – 3pm

Local estate agency William H Brown in Cromer is soon to launch Mundesley Beck, a development of 36 new homes in Mundesley, on Saturday 8th July.  The launch event will take place at the William H Brown Cromer branch from 10am – 3pm and prospective buyers are encouraged to make an appointment with the team to discuss buying options, as those reserving early enough have the chance to choose from a range of finish options.

Mundesley Beck, built by local developer Dewing Properties Ltd, will comprise 36 new two, three and four bedroom homes – including some bungalows – designed traditionally with brick and flint to blend sympathetically with the surrounding coastal village.  With contemporary interiors built to an excellent specification, highlights include high quality kitchens with fully integrated appliances, en suite bathrooms to the master bedrooms, flooring throughout and turf to the front and back gardens.  The first phase to launch will include a selection of three bedroom bungalows and three and four bedroom houses.

“We are delighted to bring Mundesley Beck to the market and fully expect these new homes to prove very popular with local homebuyers," says Natasha Baring, Field Sales Manager at William H Brown.  "Mundesley is a very popular location, and these homes provide some much needed new housing options for the local residents.  They are a great option for first-time buyers and families, coming with all fixtures and fittings as standard – which is a rarity for new build homes – and also offering Help to Buy.  We would encourage potential buyers to make an appointment with us at the launch event on 8th July as, with homes like this so sought after in this area, we don't expect them to stay available for long."

Shaun O’Hara, Development Director of Dewing Properties, says:  “On behalf of Dewing Properties, I would like to thank Chaplin Farrant, Rossi Long, Richard Utting Associates and Bidwells for all of their considerable support to achieve planning consent, and E N Suiter & Sons Ltd who we have been working with to construct a development we will be really proud of.  We are all very pleased to launch Mundesley Beck and provide local house hunters with a great range of new homes.”

Mundesley is a picturesque North Norfolk coastal village with a range of good amenities in its thriving centre.  These include boutique-style shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and pubs, as well as good infant and junior schools and a number of local clubs and societies.  Mundesley is home to a stunning blue flag beach and the village also benefits from some excellent public transport links, keeping well connected with the local area.

Completions on the first phase at Mundesley Beck are expected between October and January, and buyers can utilise the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme which provides greater assistance to get onto the property ladder.  For further information, please contact William H Brown Cromer on 01263 513764 or email cromer@williamhbrown.co.uk
