Jake is fab

Jake is excellent. I had my misgivings because James was also excellent but Jake has far surpassed my expectations.

The only thing I would say as a negative is, I don't need head office to babysit me making appointments. The calls from Craig were unnecessary and not even helpful as he couldn't actually arrange a teams call for me any way.
