Karl Jennings

Karl oversees the new homes sale in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. he has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new homes sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Sally has worked as an estate agent for over 29 years within various offices throughout Norfolk. She joined William H Brown 19 years ago working as a Senior Negotiator and in recent years has undertaken a specialised new homes management role covering 32 branches throughout Norfolk & Suffolk. Sally has experience in working with local and national developers providing her with a wealth of knowledge to give the best advice on marketing and sales strategies for all types of developments.

Graham is a chartered Town Planner with 20 years’ experience in the industry, across a range of sectors and roles, including Local Authority, Planning Consultancy, Local Regeneration Company, Housebuilder, and Land Promoter / Developer. Within Sequence (UK) Ltd, Graham is tasked with leading the delivery of residential planning services to land owners and new homes clients across the country as well as undertaking site disposal work.

After graduating from university with a Bachelor of Honours Business Management degree, James joined the Land and New Homes team in July 2016 covering Norfolk and Suffolk as a land negotiator. James is available to advise on all aspects of land acquisition and disposal including sites with and without planning permission, option/promotion agreements and self-build opportunities for a wide range of clients.
