Could not recommend William H Brown - Sowerby Bridge enough.

I had just had a very poor experience elsewhere! Chris quite literally picked up the pieces of my bad experience and made me very comfortable into the applying for the Mortgage again. Chris' level of professionalism and kindness made me feel extremely supported throughout. He is extremely informative and no question or query is too much for him. The application process was brilliant. Done over multiple days, ensuring it was well thought out. Everything was explained in fine detail and any question was answered instantly. My mortgage offer was then sent through and Chris rang to follow up. Chris made the whole experience amazing and made me excited about buying a house again! Could not recommend him enough. As for all the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming.
