Made the whole process straight forward, got us the best rate (better than we could find online), explained everything clearly and gave good impartial advice. From the initial point of contact, they have been diligent, communicative and highly supportive, keeping us fully in the picture and taking the time to empathise with us as first time buyers. When a potentially devastating occurence put the future of our house purchase into question, the team went the extra mile and then some to resolve the issue (to stress, this was not an issue they caused) while providing impeccable customer service and duty of care.
