I offered in July, but could not view the property until lockdown restrictions had eased. As I live in Wiltshire it was difficult to organise hotel accommodation and public transport. Louise was very patient with me during me buying the property, skillfully negotiating with the vendor so I didn't lose the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, and managed to get a reduction on the original purchase price for me. I'm very grateful to Louise for handling my house purchase so well.

We used William H Brown to sell our house in Heaton, Bradford and move to Steeton. I'd recommend them to anyone selling their house in the area, they were very effective, friendly and helpful. We didn't quite get the selling price we were looking for but close enough to move according to our budget plans and got the sale quicker than expected. The wait before we moved was a little longer than we'd hoped but WHB were communicative throughout, helpful for arranging the mortgage too.

Everything about the sale of the property was explained in an easy to understand manner. The agent was friendly and gave good solid advice. All necessary paperwork was completed on first visit. We have had visits from other agencies and this one beats all of them by far.

I initially bought the property through William H Brown, I dealt with a member of staff called Uzma for the majority of time and was very happy with the way I was dealt with.
