Branch Manager
Bruce became branch manager 1st October 2025 having worked here since 2018. He began selling homes in Norfolk in 1982- that’s a lot of homes over the decades. He has worked at a number of our local branches and successfully ran our large Cromer branch for 12 years. Having enjoyed a variety of pursuits, these days he likes to spend his leisure time on out and about with a camera and quizzing.

Sandy has 20 years’ experience in Estate Agency, having spent the past 10 years in our Reepham Office. Ruben is the baby of our team at 21. He has joined us in his second year of estate agency, having gained experience in 2 of our other branches. He already has a natural flair for his role as sales negotiator and is quite studious in his search for further knowledge of the business. He particularly delights in marrying buyers up with properties they may not have considered - like the mystery property on the TV show! Outside of work you'll find him in the gym, travelling or Goalkeeping

Having previously worked here and also at our Holt & Aylsham branches, we are delighted to welcome Amy back as our administrator- the engine room of all we do! She also brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the local area having lived locally for many years. At work she has an excellent ‘can do’ attitude and outside of work is a busy mum and enjoys travelling and spending time with family.

Nadine joined William H Brown in 2019 as a Sales Negotiator, with a retail background. Stepping away from front line sales, in a short time she has worked her way up to the role Area Administrator. Nadine supports a number of our local branches, is responsible for a team of administrators and ensures we all stick to the rules with all the areas of legislation,to protect customers and clients alike. Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led Sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.
