Stellar Service

I've been buying my first property, and ended up going through William H Brown by chance. It was the biggest stroke of luck possible, as Claire has made every aspect of the process a complete breeze, compared to the experience other friends have had with buying their first places, none of them can believe just how thoughtful and thorough my experience is. Every detail is explained to a level that works for me, any questions I have answered, and plenty of references printed to take home so I'm not lost when receiving emails and phone calls about my almost new home - its very tailored and I have already recommended them to everyone I talk to.

What an asset.. best mortgage advisor!

Claire Burnett, is a huge asset to WH Brown, Lincoln.
I have dealt with so many mortgage advisors in the past. But, as long as she is doing it, I would not use anyone else.
In this instance, the mortgage was complex, for multiple reasons. But she has been relentless, over multiple months to succeed in ensuring I got what was needed. What also set her apart, was how she kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. I will be recommending her personally to anyone that asks. Thanks again.
