With a vacant property to sell in Brandon I met with a range of Estate Agents and was most impressed with the enthusiasm shown by William H Brown, to not only find me a buyer quickly, but to achieve the best possible price. They arranged professional photography and launched the property to both Rightmove and Zoopla, and booked an Open House to take place 2 weeks from first advertising. Multiple viewers attended and a sale was achieved at £10,000 above the asking price and other agent valuations

After several months on the market with another Brandon estate agent, we switched to William H Brown in the hope we would at least have more viewings and more communication. Not only was that the case, they also produced a fantastic set of property details including professional photos and made our property stand out way more than it had before. Living out of the area and working for the MOD, it was great knowing I had left my property in good hands and I could trust William H Brown to deal with the tenants, buyers and solicitors throughout the process with no complications. Sure enough these viewers soon led to an offer, and we achieved a sale at just under our asking price. The sale progressed to an exchange of contracts in just under 8 weeks.
