My main point of contact was Ellie, who was professional and knowledgeable, always timely with responses, and friendly and approachable, nothing was too much trouble. When Ellie was unavailable, I spoke with other members of the team who were also friendly and approachable, and able to answer my questions and concerns. Unlike some businesses, the phone was always answered, and emails responded to promptly, even if only to say that they would revert once they had the answers.....and responses were always forthcoming and timely.
