Our fixed 2 year rate was coming to an end. Booked in to see Luke Horrex and he was excellent.
Offered us a variety of rates not available with other lenders and we decided upon a fixed rate 2% lower than agreed a couple of years prior - so a nice saving monthly. Really easy process and pleasant guy. Highly recommend
