We were a little anxious about remortgaging because people are quick to tell you that rates have skyrocketed, but we shouldn’t have worried. Ed was very welcoming and so helpful as we slowly tried to understand what was going to happen. He couldn’t have been more helpful, and we appreciate his time!

Really helpful but felt like I was talking to a sales man

Really helpful and took the pressure off having to sort it ourselves. Managed to find us a good deal and advised us where needed. Ian was really informative and explained everything well so we fully understood the process. The only downfall was that I felt like we were talking to a sales man trying to convince us to add extras to our insurance and signing up for a will. We were happy to be informed about the extras but after saying we wasn’t interested he was still trying to push it, which in the end we just had to be blunt to get him to stop. It almost felt like we were getting pushed into something just so he got commission (not sure if it works like that but that’s how it felt)
