Josh has many years' experience in sales and estate agency, starting as a Junior in the local Langney office, progressing through the company and in 2019, became Manager of Polegate. In 2022, Josh moved back to the Langney office as Branch Manager, where his career with us began. He is responsible for many things, from overseeing the branch, to conducting valuations and sales progression, He is on hand to make sure that your experience is as straight forward as possible.

Great FirstTime Buyer Experience

Being my first hopeful house purchase, i came into this with no real understanding of the process and what to expect. It's a really stressful time and lots to have to get through.
