What Our Customers Say

Just sold a property through WHB in Holt, Norfolk. Very happy with the excellent service from Richard Ling and his wonderful Team. They kept me informed along the way, even the usual delays caused by external Solicitors (beyond the control of WHB didn't impact on the professional service given by Richard and his team. They always answered comunications quickly. Would definately recomend them if you are looking to sell your property. show more
Mr M, Norfolk, Feb 2024
Bethany, Eleanor and Richard at William H Brown Holt, as well as representing their client, also looked after us as purchasers of a listed cottage in Holt. Their empathy and understanding of the normal stress such a major event creates, has been much appreciated. Their prompt and friendly interactions between us as the purchasers and the vendor made the process much more bearable. Thank you, Holt team! show more

I was very apprehensive about the process of selling my home so many years after my last experience in a similar situation. My first visit to William H. Brown estate agents in Holt I soon felt reassured that the process would not be so complicated as I envisaged. The warm, friendly and obvious professionalism of Richard and his team soon allayed my fears as they explained that they would be there to advise and help me along the way - and so it has proved.
