He has an abundance of experience in the property market, including 8 years of working within Auctions. Senior New Homes Manager
Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 Branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021 Karl led Sequence UK LTD (Inc William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.

Sally has worked as an Estate Agent for over 29 years within various offices throughout Norfolk. I have bought and sold a number of properties over the years, and the efficient and effective help provided by Lisa was the best I have ever encountered, by far. She was unfailingly constructive and encouraging, with a really positive, can-do attitude that inspired complete confidence. At every point in the process she demonstrated effective, knowledgeable competence, and was clear and informative at every stage. I would unhestitatingly recommend her services to anyone looking to navigate their way through getting the mortgage they need.
