Okay, but lacking in customer service

Okay, they found a buyer quickly but after that we hardly had contact with Evan. Katie the sales progressor did her best to cope with a very difficult sale as buyer had a lot of problems. Hardly heard from Evan. It would have been nice if he showed more interest and return our calls! He got us signed up and then seem to move on to someone else.
