Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021, Karl led Sequence UK Ltd (Inc. William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.
