I’ve had an overall good experience from front of house to dealing with my mortgage advisor. I am always greeted nicely from the girls when I come in and Fraser has been very helpful, especially since I am a first time buyer still learning how it works. The process has been made easy for me to understand and even with some hurdles along the way Fraser kept me informed and was able to guide me through it all.
Great experience from the first phone call I made to enquire about a valuation to having the mortgage appointment. Emma has been great, she explains everything so well and has kept me in the loop every single day. Emma has also been available any time I have questions (which has been a lot) even over weekends which is greatly appreciated.
