William H Brown (Bulwell) is amazing. They have been so helpful through the process of buying a house. We have never done this before so we're worried and nervous and we didn't no what to expect. Melissa is amazing she talked through everything and explained everything in lengths of details. She even answered my questions when she was not even at work! If Melissa was off and we needed to contact the office someone else picked it up immediately and knew everything about the case!

The lifetime membership, despite being a bit on the pricey side, will be put to full use, as i will be happy to use them again when it comes to re-mortgaging in a few years time.
