The team at Allen and Harris has been excellent, after moving from another Estate Agent, they managed to secure two offers, within a short period. When the first offer was withdrawn they re-engaged the interest of the second couple's offer. Throughout the process, Simon, Louise (also previously Rob), and Matt, were supportive and continuously looked after our interests. Very highly recommended. When we come to sell again we will definitely use Allen & Harris.

Great Estate Agents to work with - We had some difficulties with our seller's solicitor holding things up and adding unnecessary delays, which made things more stressful than they needed to be, but Louise was great at pushing things through, communicating with everyone, and ensuring everything completed on time! Really helpful and we very much appreciated her help in getting it all sorted.

Overall, we had a positive experience working with Simon, Louise and Matt in the A&H Larkhall office. Our property was sold initially within a matter of days and again within a week of being relisted when we lost our first buyer. Good all round in selling a flat for us... good advertising, positive marketing, provided cool advice when I was being uncool, achieved a quick sale and were helpful throughout.. even periodically visiting the flat when empty to check all was ok pre to completion to save me a 300 mile round trip.. much appreciated.

The team are very helpful, purchasing my new home was a stressful ordeal but the team as well as Rob tried their best to help me with everything they could. the loose a star due to them recommending an awful solicitor company which cause all kinds of grief and I should have chosen my own.
