our Barnsley branch William H Brown Barnsley is located on Market Hill, one of the busiest streets in the heart of Barnsley town centre and our corner position gives us one of the largest estate agent window displays in town.

We cover the whole of the Barnsley Borough (S70, S71, S72, S73, S74, S75, S35 & S36). The Barnsley team is led by Senior Branch Manager, Mariella who is supported by our Mortgage Consultants, Donna and Jordan. Our Listers, Jack and Danielle will visit you in your home to discuss all aspects of marketing and selling your property. Our Sales Negotiators are Karen, Lily and Joe who will guide you through the process of buying a house from start to finish. Our Sales Progressor, Denise will look after you from sale agreed stage to exchange and completion. Tom, our expert Administrator, will prepare your property brochure using all of the specialised marketing techniques that we offer to our vendors.

We have a successful Lettings department managed by Erica who thrives off providing the best customer service. Having worked in the lettings industry for several years, she has all the knowledge to help landlords on what and what not to do while letting your home! Liam, is our in-branch Lettings Negotiator, who will work actively to source tenants for our landlords. why choose us?
