Brown and Merry dealt with the sale of my house and it was the best experience I ever had with an estate agent. It was 6 months with many ups and downs as the housing market went through a bit of a crisis. They stuck with me and went the extra mile to sell my house. Unlike other agents who were not proactive, B and M rang round people and the person who finally bought my house was a person who had been contacted by these wonderful people.

We are currently in the process of purchasing our inaugural home with the assistance of Brown and Merry. We are truly grateful for the exceptional support and guidance provided by our mortgage advisor, Beth Stanbridge. She has consistently kept us well-informed and remained readily available and patient, addressing any inquiries we had. Beth has exhibited great responsibility in managing the entire process and has been remarkably efficient in facilitating communication between the lender and us.

As first time buyers, we were very anxious and nervous about taking our first steps to finding a new home, however, Will Petherbridge made the process in finding it as smooth as possible. Chris McLaughlin helped us every step of the way, and even making a private whastapp group to reply to our queries as quickly as possible, no matter how small. Brown and Merry recently dealt with the sale of my property. From the beginning Alan and his team were very professional and communicative. They were very efficient in giving me feedback about viewings. Alan has been brilliant throughout the sale process and kept me up to date with how the process was going when my solicitors did not as well as explaining some of the legal terminology to me.

Very good experience with this agent. We had a very challenging schedule for relocating towns in a short window of time and our only option fell through at the last minute. The property manager Sophie really went the extra mile for us to accommodate the extremely tight timescales we needed. Excellent customer service and easy to recommend.

Will was great - from the initial viewing right the way through to completion. The property we bought was sold by modern auction so once the offer was accepted, Brown & Merry stepped to one side but they were still easily contactable during the whole process and actually informed me of completion sooner than my own solicitor! Would 100% recommend.
