William H Brown has been appointed as selling agent for new development, Styleman Court, in Hunstanton, Norfolk. Built by Lovell Homes in partnership with the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Styleman Court will comprise 32 apartments, with completion expected early 2024.
Styleman Court aims to set a new standard of quality for development in the town, using local traditional materials and design details in new and interesting ways that compliment and build upon the town’s long standing architectural brilliance. The site is set to produce a host of new housing choices including open market, Shared Ownership and Affordable Rent, with some properties benefiting from sea views and direct access to facilities on the seafront.
“We’re thrilled to be working with Lovell Homes and the Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk again on this exciting project and look forward to launching these apartments”, says Andrew Stone, Regional Land & New Homes Director at William H Brown. “It is important to deliver a diverse range of properties and tenures to help create sustainable communities and housing for local residents and we are looking forward to embarking on this journey together. Hunstanton is a hugely popular town with its host of amenities and great location, therefore we expect to see a lot of interest from buyers from the local area.”
“The Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk are delighted to be working with both Lovell Homes and William H Brown in delivering Styleman Court”, says James Grant, Principal Project Manager at Kings Lynn Borough Council. “It’s great to see new homes being delivered in Hunstanton – it provides much needed homes for local people in a coastal town, something we haven’t delivered previously. Some of the properties benefit from sea views, will be efficient to occupy and are built to a high architectural standard which we hope local people will think blends nicely with the existing properties.”
