Local estate agency William H Brown in Barnsley today announces a new partnership with Barnsley Council to assist with their aspirations to deliver high-quality new homes for the borough.
St Michael’s, located in the heart of Monk Bretton, will comprise 35 homes expected to launch in February 2023. Reservations can be made now, and the site is set to complete in Summer 2023. The development will provide a mixture of homes for private sale and social rent.
