Emma has worked for the Sequence group for over 14 years and is responsible for New Homes within Hertfordshire and parts of North London and Essex. Emma’s role is to work alongside developers to ensure the smooth running of their development from start to finish. Emma helps to advise on marketing strategies and launch plans to ensure that the highest possible prices are achieved within defined timescales. Land Manager
Elliot has worked for the Sequence group for 7 years and is close to becoming a fully qualified RICS Surveyor and as part of his experience for this, actively assists with valuation reports on behalf of Land Owner, Developer and Registered Provider clients nationwide. Elliot is also responsible for carrying out development appraisals, advising on site considerations, planning strategy and policy, disposals and acquisitions throughout our Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and North London network.
