Jim is our Board Of Management Partner for the Dereham branch and has been working for William H Brown for the past 15 years.  Jim joined us as a negotiator in our flagship Norwich branch and went on to become an Instructions Manager for the Swaffham branch, where he progressed to managing the branch for 2 years. Jim brings with him a wealth of local knowledge, estate agency experience and is extremely passionate about helping customers locally. He always has a plan and is happy to help anybody.

Paul joined our Dereham branch in late 2022, having come from an estate agency background covering Norfolk for many years. Paul started his career as a Negotiator for a local independent agency where he developed his experience, moving quickly into valuing homes across Norfolk. He has been valuing homes for a number of years gaining extensive knowledge of the local market and the sales process. Paul knows the local area extremely well and provides an outstanding level of customer service.

Andrew is Land & New Homes Director for our Eastern & Northern Regions, overseeing all aspects of our business and co-ordinating our Land & New Homes strategy across 144 Sequence branches. Having started his career with Savills in new homes in 2006, Andrew moved on to spend a year as Sales Manager for one of his clients before joining the William H Brown Land & New Homes team as a Field Sales Manager in 2009 and taken the team from a 2 man unit to a collection of 39 members over the region!

Karl oversees the new home sales for 32 branches in the Norfolk & Suffolk region. He has worked in property in both the new build sector and the luxury property market for nearly 20 years in a variety of locations within the UK and Europe. At any given time he manages in excess of 30 active new home sites, varying in size from smaller developments to multi-phase sites with 100+ units. In 2021, Karl led Sequence UK Ltd (Inc. William H Brown) with the highest volume of new build homes sold.
